The brainchild of Jill and David Jakeway, Kingsley Tennis Centre is the result of their time, effort, and determination to fulfil a dream. 24 years on, you'll see them round the centre, playing a little tennis, attending to the flower beds, stringing rackets or pulling a pint behind the bar - all of which with a friendly "hello".

Tennis Assistants / Practice partners
All of our tennis assistants are good quality players and keen to help within the coaching programme. You will often see them on court helping our younger players to “groove” what they have been taught by the coaching team.

Behind the Bar
Sue Lad is a keen player within the club and has a background within the catering industry. Sue helps behind the bar in the club house on a Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, and may well be the first in line bringing a warm smile to all our customers.
