Indoor Tennis Centre
The centre is an LTA Clubmark accredited tennis club, which offers great value membership and runs an all year-round coaching programme for all ages starting from five to adult.
Unique to the centre is our 2 outdoor clay tennis courts, which are the only clay tennis courts in Hampshire & IOW. In addition, we have 4 state of the art indoor hard tennis courts.
We are particularly keen to help introduce new people into playing tennis, regardless of their age or ability.

Cardio Tennis is a series of tennis-based drills and activities played to up-tempo music on a tennis court. It does not require tennis specific skills, but is all keeping your heart rate up, burning calories and having fun. Whether the ball goes in or out is irrelevant as the main purpose is to get fit.
